This work is about the complete renovation of an apartment located at the first floor of a semi-detatched villa built during the late 70s. This renovation take place as it happens that the owners’ daughter planned to come back home with her husband and daughter to live at the upper floor of hers parents’ family home. This work is about the restyling of a small apartment located at the second floor of a building built during the 50s. The building faces the main square of the small village of Caprino Veronese, not far from Garda Lake. Our goal was to amphasize this atmosphere by using colour as an architectural element and giving new life to the fifties original finish, nowadays much appreciated by customers. The work we propose concerns a residential unit located on the first floor inside a historic and listed building in the ancient center of Verona. The context is characterized by the original characteristics of the seventeenth century building itself, such as the structure equipped with decorated wooden beams, the terracotta flooring preserved and partly taken up with the same hand-worked format, the large tuff portal inside only emphasizes the context in which we operated.
