Once a late 19th‑century Masonic Hall and Lodge, the site has been reimagined into seven contemporary dwellings through adaptive reuse. The intent was never to erase history but to work within its walls, preserving structure, materials, and craftsmanship while introducing new layers for modern living. Just 3,5km from Melbourne’s CBD, 32–34 Maribyrnong Road offered a rare opportunity to create homes within a heritage landmark without silencing its voice. All these 3 trends are united by grand and inspiring architecture, airy layouts and high ceilings. For the flagship-store the brand has chosen a building from 1899 - the profitable house of A.S.Khomyakov at the intersection of Kuznetsky Most and Petrovka. Smith Architects has a long history of designing and developing quality early childhood centres. Fletchers (previous owner) approached us to discuss buying and developing Clark Boarding house (constructed in 1880 by the Clark family as philanthropic housing for workers at their brickworks, Clark Boarding House in Hobsonville, Tamaki Makarau Auckland) into an ECC to provide an amenity for the homes that they were building around the site. Now owned by Wright Foundation, the heritage building has been restored into and early childhood centre. This is the story of a Palazzo in Valletta. Among its stunning ruins there are many hidden ‘treasures’, buried in dust and trash. Thanks to its new owners, the building will finally get the chance to rise from its own ashes. Renovation protected office building. The new office building is located in the Hertogstraat, which, like the Koningstraat and the Wetstraat, form one of the main axes of the Brussels Warande district. It is an urban ensemble in classicist style, which was laid out according to a design of 1776 by the architect Barnabé Guimard. The whole is protected as architectural heritage. The building is located in Caprino Bergamasco, a small medieval village located near Bergamo. The house, a typical Bergamo farmhouse, is made up of an original nucleus dating back to the 1700s. The building has maintained the constructive characteristics of the local tradition over time and is made up of several annexed buildings: a central part in stone masonry, a L-shaped plastered masonry which presents in the south facade suggestive wooden balconies characteristic of the farmhouses in the area and a recently built barn in exposed brick. Fitzroy House is a seven-storey building comprising 34 apartments, a street-level restaurant and commercial space. The building employs considered amenity-orientated design principles, acknowledging that sustainability is both social and environmental. Built in 1858 and extended in 1879, Heritage Cloisters is one of a small number of remaining convict-built colonial buildings of the mid-nineteenth century. New Gide’s offices are located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from the church of Saint-Augustin. The stone building erected at the end of the 18th century for the French Guard Regiment was metamorphosed by the architecture studio PCA-STREAM. Separated from the heritage building by a vegetated courtyard, and another more mineral, a fully glazed building of over 1,400 square metres houses offices, a gym, an auditorium, a restaurant, and a library rich in ancient books.
