The intervention chooses a contemporary architectural language, based on the clarity of volumes and the control of proportions, distancing itself from traditional forms to assert its own geometric identity. Located in the Łazarz district of Poznań, Poland, LJM Apartments reimagines a 150-square-metre interior within a 1904 Art Nouveau building. The building was originally designed by Paul Pitt for brick factory owner Otto Fechner. Once divided into two long-abandoned units, KIN KUNI has reorganised the apartment into three independent homes. In the province of Padua, the Villa Victoria project stands out for a precise stylistic choice that moves away from conventional white standards to explore the richness of dark and enveloping tones. The intervention works on the density of the space, where light serves to enhance the tactile and chromatic quality of the surfaces. The generating element of the internal composition is the chestnut oak floor. This continuous, brown surface acts as a noble base upon which the living area volumes are set, through contrast or assonance. In the center of Treviso, the interior design of the Sectilis penthouse is configured as an exercise in spatial rewriting that works on the balance between the geometric rigor of fixed elements and the superficial treatment of finishes. The intervention, developed over an internal surface of 122 sqm, addresses two distinct compositional themes: the management of long wall curtains in the living area and the geometric resolution of a sleeping area with an irregular floor plan. The Singapore-based multi-disciplinary design firm AFW shares their design vision for TARC Kailāsa, a 1,000,000-square-feet, five-tower residential complex launched by realty developer TARC Group across over 6.12 acres of land in New Delhi, India.  Situated on the site of a former shopping mall on Patel Nagar road in the Kirti Nagar locality, TARC Kailāsa encompasses three- and four-bedroom apartment properties ranging between 3,440 and 3,685 square feet and was awarded the “Luxury Project of the Year" at the Golden Brick Awards in Dubai. Returning to the basics, designers use a minimalist and modern design style to embrace the true life. A ground up design and build of a modern seven bedroom primary residence incorporating sustainable design principles built for an international family of four. The concept revolved around the need for environmental sustainability while having plentiful communal spaces to create ease for a vibrant family and their guests. Equally important was that the private spaces functioned as a retreat. In this inventive re-envisioning of a 1970’s “upside down” house in Montauk, a serene environment of minimalist detailing, rich materials, and sweeping views of the lush landscape were created. As part of the transformative renovation, new openings were carved for light, the roofline simplified, and the interior spaces re-imagined to provide an open, loft-like feel. Located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in a neighborhood near the city center, this house was built on the foundation of an existing one in order to suit the needs and taste of the clients. The house rebuilt project follows the slope of the land, which makes the access in the house to be on the ground floor (where the master bedroom, bathroom and dressing room are located), then descending to the semi-basement (living room, kitchen and bathroom), through which one can access the back garden. Our UHNI client purchased a grand 600 square metre maisonette in Cadogan Square, Knighstbrige, which is one of the most desirable luxury residential addresses in London. It was a Grade II listed building that required significant renovation works.  The area of Cadogan Garden is known for its exclusivity and noble red-brick buildings. The square was built around the 1870s to 1880s, mostly on the grounds of the well known Prince's Club.
