Marymo HELGA is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant that is part of the Lviv-based “Marymo svoyeyu spravoyu” restaurant group (“obsessed with our craft” in English). The venue is located on the ground floor of the HELGA business centre in Lviv’s Frankivskyi district. Its interior combines restrained contemporary design with the charm of 1970s Italy. The restaurant has two main modes of use: daytime and evening. During the day, it is frequented by employees of the companies based in the business centre and residents of the surrounding new developments. The guest houses are part of the Seven Lakes restaurant and hospitality complex, located on the outskirts of Kyiv. Positioned directly along one of the lakes, the houses are designed as private spaces for relaxation, slowing down, and contemplating nature. For YOD Group, this project continues the work with the DNA of Seven Lakes, already established in the aesthetics of the Farm Table restaurant and the Synoptic outdoor pool. While these projects differ in function, what they have in common is a cohesive language of natural materials, a restrained colour palette, tactile textures, and an emphasis on proximity to nature. DUDES architects are pleased to showcase the large and complex project "Konkors food mall". The 4200m² facility is located on the 4th floor of a shopping centre in Minsk, between the bus station and the railway station. The proximity to the train station provided the impetus for the development of an industrial style concept for the space interior. We did our work studying railway manuals and terminology, so we came up with a working name for the facility - Konkors. Concourse is a distribution hall set up between the platforms and key areas of the station. MEK01 marks the Max Euwe Kwartier on the Kralingse Zoom with a seven-storey base topped by a 70-meter stepped tower. Accommodating 299 apartments with public facilities and communal roof gardens, MEK01 is part of the first step in the transformation of Brainpark I. The master plan, designed by the municipality of Rotterdam, transforms the former office park into a green multifunctional district in Kralingen. "Tirol" is an alpine cuisine restaurant  located in the center of Siberia, in Krasnoyarsk. While creating the interior we were inspired by the nature of Alps and the traditional alpine chalet. We wanted to create something new, to show our interpretation of this style that stands on a solid foundation of tradition and expirience. References to this warm and soulful style can be found in the wall cladding with rough and handcrafted stucco, ceiling beams and shutters on the windows, reminiscent of the traditional mountain house elements. In a 2013 market consultation procedure by the Eindhoven municipal council, DELA was selected as the most appropriate candidate for the redevelopment of the Mariënhage area. This location, originally an Augustinian monastery, borders on the city center of Eindhoven. It is literally the historic center around which the city has been established. Mariënhage consists of five national monuments, of which the Augustinian church and the former Augustinianum with its Student Chapel are the core. Restaurant ‘Het Bosch’ by JagerJanssen in collaboration with DREISSEN architects is located at a superb location on the Nieuwe Meer lakeside [Amsterdam, NL], a stones throw away from the Southern Amsterdam business district. The Design has to distinct faces: one towards the marina and one facing the Nieuwe Meer lake. Both faces derive their qualities and appearance from the surroundings. The marina side is rough, seeking relation with boat hangar architecture. The lake facade is more horizontal, broad and refined. Large transparent surfaces exhibit the restaurant interior.
