Australia’s first elevated indoor forest completes at Fender Katsalidis-designed tower A Fender Katsalidis-designed $200 million residential tower in Melbourne’s CBD, Paragon, has completed featuring Australia's first elevated indoor forest in a high-rise. The 48-level tower by developer Beulah features a three-level ‘urban forest’ containing a selection of mature trees, leafy canopies, climbing gardens and grassy spaces, complete with refined terrazzo pavers and outdoor seating zones. From outside... The gray envelope of the facade panels in the street, where there are mainly companies and car showrooms, fits in with the others. At first glance, however, it differs by its dark framed horizontal windows, which thus refer to the most famous, functionalist period of the city of Brno. With a little imagination, you can see the outlines of the famous Villa Savoy, an icon of the period. And thanks to these wide strip windows, there is enough light inside for all the offices in the administrative part of the building. The “Flagman” restaurant-cafe is located in the Ring-shaped Park bordering the small center of the capital of Armenia - Yerevan. This complex was implemented in 3 phases. The initial phase was designed in 2002 as an open-air cafe. During the second phase, an adjacent zone with sofas has been added. The final phase has been completed in February 2019.  It is designed as a restaurant with transforming storefronts, blending with an outside sitting area in the warm season and at the same time by providing an operating possibility in the winter. Die T-Bar wurde als Teestube geboren, im Laufe der Jahre hat sie sich weiterentwickelt, indem sie das Angebot für ihre Kunden erweiterte und zu einem "natürlichen Fast Food"-Franchise wurde. Für die Eröffnung einer neuen Filiale im Bankenzentrum von Panama wurde ein Konzept benötigt, das den Ursprung der Franchise deutlich macht und auch die neue kulinarische Richtung vermittelt. Ein Raum, in dem die Schlüsselelemente des neuen Menüs klar im Design zu lesen sind, basierend auf gesundem Essen, das mit natürlichen und frischen Produkten hergestellt wird.
