Bever Basecamp HQ
KuóStudio has designed the interior of Bever’s brand-new headquarters and distribution centre in Pijnacker. The result is an adventurous and vital workspace where sustainability, creativity, and a love for the outdoors take centre stage. The complex includes 3,600 m² of office space, a car wash, a repair area for second-life outdoor products, a photo studio, and a warehouse of nearly 12,000 m². The interior design was developed in close collaboration with the Bever team, translating the outdoor specialist’s vision into an inspiring workplace for now and the future.

Renovation of an existing pharmacy, with the new parts of the pharmacy connecting to the old parts. The pharmacy has been completely redesigned.

The building had become too small, the pharmacy's routing was no longer correct and the privacy was too limited for the customers. The pharmacy had already been renovated several times and consisted of a number of parts that had little cohesion. Moreover, the pharmacy no longer fit in with the character of the town of Delden.

We unleashed our creativity on a 1960s house located near Aalst. The existing ground floor had a good layout but a dated and dark interior. Something that needed to be addressed to make this house a pleasant home for our clients.

By doing so, the open living space is partitioned, creating an intimate area with a beautiful view of the garden. RENOVATION OF GENTLEMEN MODE RETAIL AREA
Gentlemen Mode is a fashion store in the historical centre of Oud-Beijerland. In 2002 EGM refurbished the entire store by connecting a number of properties together to create one bright, open space. Now the front section of the store was in need of a fresh new look. This retail area is very visible from the shopping street outside. The chance to give the store’s image a powerful boost both visually and tangibly was therefore seized. The client’s wish was to make the interior feel like a boutique with lots of possibilities for the changing collections. EGM interiors translated this wish into a layered layout that offers plenty of potential for an extensive and high-end presentation.

MAGNETIC door system
We prepared an innovative door control system without handle, without lock, without any electronics. We incorporated series of very strong magnets into Magnetic and placed them in the door frame and opposite into the door leaf we placed a block from magnetic stainless steel. When the door is closed, the two parts approach each other and ensure a smooth, perfect closing by the magnetic force. The system is primarily prepared for interior doors, thanks to the possibility of simple fine regulation of the force of the magnets when closing the door, it provides an unxpectecd added vallue for its users. Newly built school building Campus kantienberg for ArteveldehogeschoolThe low-rise building has been modelled to visually separate it from the slope, creating a new space. This is the building’s lung, which draws its air from the embankment area and the patio. The tower has ‘living façades’, which will function as beacons of light both during the day and at night. As a result, Ghent acquires a discrete, yet unique tower.
Building schools means building the future, young people assimilate their spatial experience of light, air, simplicity and beauty throughout their lives.
