More than a simple point of access, the threshold becomes a spatial device that both separates and connects two distinct domestic identities, immediately recognisable through a decisive chromatic contrast: earthy red on one side, matcha green on the other. Spanning 1,200 square meters and capable of accommodating up to 50 people, this is the new Rome headquarters of ARAN (Agency for the Representative Negotiation of Public Administrations). The agency handles all activities related to the negotiation and finalization of collective bargaining agreements for personnel across various public sector divisions. Mooney S.p.A. commissioned us to design its operational headquarters in Milan. Studio BIA-@rch | Bianca Giovene di Girasole architetto designed the brand's new headquarters on Via Rizzoli in Milan, handling the feasibility study, preliminary and detailed designs, branding, and construction supervision for the 1,600-square-meter facility.
