VIRVELLE

The renovation of this building, designed as a space for innovative learning, aims to create environments that fully reflect the client’s values: innovation, flexibility, and openness. Carlo Oriente The existing architecture is enhanced through the recovery and exposure of the reinforced concrete structural frame, left visible and in dialogue with a striking rear wall composed of stone and concrete. These material elements shape the identity of the space, giving the intervention a strong sense of authenticity and character. Carlo Oriente The project unfolds around a large open-plan area conceived as a fluid internal landscape, where visual continuity becomes a tool to encourage interaction, collaboration, and the exchange... CASA EMME

In the heart of Trieste, within an early twentieth-century building, the project transforms an apartment whose original layout remains legible, reinterpreting its logic to accommodate contemporary living. Davide Maria Palusa The existing plan—three rooms in sequence, a separate kitchen and fragmented service areas—reflected a highly compartmentalized domestic model. The intervention works through processes of reconnection, identifying key points of transformation along the circulation spine. Davide Maria Palusa The primary gesture is the opening between kitchen and living room, establishing a new social and spatial core. Here, the central island acts as both functional and relational anchor, while a system of walnut... More

CASA POLLY

02A Studio preserved the open-plan living space while reimagining the bedrooms to meet the family’s new functional needs. Within the 120 sqm apartment, a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet was created, along with a bedroom for their daughter Polly and a separate laundry area. Giulia Natalia Comito The goal was to infuse the space with distinctive elements that would reflect the personality and aesthetic of the clients, while honoring the spirit of the previous owner’s design. Together with the clients, we sought a balance between Ciampicacigli’s raw, minimal style and their love for geometric patterns, pastel tones, and a certain softness. The result is a striking interplay between rugged, raw s... More

mgm office

Most offices for tech companies are characterized by consistency and technical precision, but the design of the mgm office in Ho Chi Minh City offers a completely different perspective. Located on the bustling Hai Ba Trung Street, one of the central areas of District 3, this new office adopts a green-themed concept, inspired by the success of the company's office in Da Nang. Urban Treehouse

This project explores the potential to create an urban oasis with the design of the home’s architecture and interiors. This residence is located in a densely-populated neighborhood and its design incorporates a series of indoor-outdoor spaces, connecting the home to its urban context while serving as a sanctuary for the owner and guests. With the design and construction of this project, modern architecture was achieved and introduced unobtrusively into this established community context. Kerri Fukui We were motivated to demonstrate that value can be found in great design at a small scale. The area’s residential real estate market has been increasingly driven by attributing value to scale, resulting in massive, underutilize... More
