At Rooftop, we wanted to convey the relaxed atmosphere of the place, which in the morning is a coffee shop with fragrant pastries and coffee, and in the evening turns into a bright bar with comfortable and cozy light. It is interesting that previously in such open institutions, almost no complex controlled scenario lighting was used. For Rooftop, we installed more than 50 groups of lamps with our modules and different types of optics, which are combined into light scenarios for morning and evening, as well as a separate “party” scenario for parties and celebrations. The main star of the lobby is an impressive tree with branches and roots suspended as if in space, symbolizing the generations of the family. And with him were the most exciting tasks of this project!The idea behind the light concept was to create a weightless tree sculpture as a bright accent and to cover the entire floor and walls with complex organic shadow patterns and additional tree reflections in partially glass vertical surfaces. This restaurant is one of the many components of a vast complex, where we were lucky enough to show the unsurpassed design with light. Working with the TERRA space was exciting and inspiring. The interior design is made with glass, clay, and wood elements, and the adequately adjusted light only multiplies the cozy atmosphere. We tied all the lighting elements into a single control system that allows you to change scenarios, providing a comfortable light atmosphere corresponding to human biorhythms. We have developed and implemented the lighting project for the First casino in the seaside city of Odessa. We combined aesthetics and accent design, meeting all the technical requirements of the casino: brightly lit tables, no shadows from the hands of players, the lighting that does not blind the cameras, and at the same time allowing the atmosphere to remain comfortable for the game with theatrical accent light. The new Sandnes Town Hall looks stunning in its environment and with its architecture. The design scheme for #lighting the building considered an active illumination and a warm and pleasant experience, where ILO fixtures with specifically set direct and indirect light distribution were installed across office workplace as well as in the large stairwell in the center of the building. The luminaires are equipped with Active+ sensor from Helvar with daylight harvesting and presence detection functionality, enabling an automatic adjustment of the amount of light according to brightness, daylight and presence in the room.
