Riverview sits on a one-acre site in the heart of Toronto’s Hoggs Hollow neighbourhood, and it did not come without its challenges. The main issue was how to access this immense property. The frontage of the lot is just 23 feet and considering 50% of this would be taken over by the driveway, where was FrankFranco to put the garage? If the studio was to put the garage, as most people do, at the front of the home, it would dramatically compromise both curb appeal and the streetscape. LikeStore is a genuine accessory shop, which has stores in old textures of İstanbul such as Karaköy and Balat. We designed the first shopping mall branch of this concept store in Istanbul Emaar Shopping Mall. The aim of the project was to blend the texture and concept in the existing branches with current details and create an original concept. “Frame house” project, was a 40-year-old house located in Tehran, Mirdamad which belonged to a young couple. This projects design did not begin like our other projects and had some differences. In this case project’s program began with clients’ ideogramic ideas according to their personal need.Due to covid19 limitations and also clients’ personal professions, they were interested in creating an office-studio in a part of their house. GAN House was born from the demolition and recostruction of a building tipical of the Mantua countryside located a few kilometers from the city. The main featured of the project is the choise to leave the large living room which houses the kitchen, dining room and living room at double hight. A sculptural exposed iron staircase characterizes the space and vertically connects the living area to the sleeping area.
