Through a minimalistic approach, this residence caters to the diverse needs of its multi-generational occupants.  In an increasingly urbanising world where each square foot of land is precious, design must optimise spaces to be robust and flexible. Contemporary architecture, especially the residential typology, is focused on achieving this goal and simultaneously furthering the close-knit bonds and familial intimacy that were crafted in sprawling ancestral homes. Located in the bustling locality of Moti Nagar, New Delhi, this 2677 sq. ft. residence is manifested as a tranquil oasis that caters to the individual and collective aspirations of its multi-generational residents.  Jeetin Sharma Jeetin Sharma Jeetin Sharma... House K

We designed a residence that doubles as a workspace in a 50-year-old apartment building on a high ground in the heart of the city. The building stands on a hillside in the shape of a mortar facing a nearby river. Because of the change in zoning across the road, there are no tall buildings in front of the apartment, and the balcony offers a wide view of the city stretching out to the horizon, merging with the sky.  Masanori Kaneshita Masanori Kaneshita Masanori Kaneshita The U-shaped floor has windows on three sides, allowing daylight to flow in and air to circulate throughout the day, as well as enabling the residents to feel close to the outdoors environment even inside. NENSI DOJAKA SHOWROOM MILANO

Moitié Studio reinvents the interior of the opulent red room of Palazzo Borromeo d'Adda for the presentation of the new RTW Collection by Nensi Dojaka during Milano Fashion Week. A powder-colored limbo, created by a system of 3-meter-high wings, allows a glimpse of the historical context of the room, neutralizing its most distinctive features and colors making the display of the collection the protagonist. The room perimeter is enriched by customized hangers designed by Giorgia Rossi and Francesco Gennaro, souls of Moitiè Studio. Diagonal shapes retrieve Dojaka style creating a dynamic perspective in which the mannequins covered in natural lines are placed. Matteo Triola Technical lights provide the room with a diffuse... Good Job Games

The client, Good Job Games is a mobile game tech company. In their design brief, the team emphasized a need for a vibrant workspace with various casual working spaces. Their existing offices were a merge of two residential low-rise buildings located at the heart of Istanbul, therefore they were not enthusiastic about relocating to a conventional office building. This challenge made it our top priority to avoid a typical office environment. Instead, we moved on to create a setting, resembling a campus that would be more habitual to the young clientele. İbrahim Özbunar To achieve this, the entrance gallery was designed like a public space almost resembling a street, and the surrounding amenities are overlapped like separate buildin... More
