A fascinating building from the first half of the last century housed a fairly large apartment but with unusual proportion rooms. The project is based on a careful work of connecting rooms, reusing spaces, recovering existing furnishings and finishes while inserting new textures and materials. The large entrance becomes the appropriate space to host a small home library and the walls of the kitchen towards the corridor and living room dematerialize allowing new connections. Blu Dot San Francisco

Founded in 1997 by college classmates with a passion for art, architecture, and design, Blu Dot is a manufacturer and designer of modern furniture.  Blu Dot’s furniture can be found in many independent design stores, online, and in the company’s own retail locations.  With the lease on its first San Francisco store on Valencia Street scheduled to expire, Blu Dot found the ideal site at the foot of Potrero Hill among other design-oriented enterprises, a pair of vacant buildings at the corner of Missouri and 17th Streets. Aquileia

The renovation project of this elegant house in the center of Milan involves the preservation of period elements while integrating them with new design elements. The central core of the house is the hallway with the coffered ceiling that generates spaces and shapes. Through color the architecture is emancipated, evolving from a past stage to a contemporary one. Emerging on a monolithic plinth from the craggy slopes of Park City, Utah, an 18,000 square-foot home offers moments of respite for an active, outdoors-oriented family.   The project site located in front of an original locust forests at the southern edge of Aranya, Qinhuangdao. Clients have already constructed a black steel frame structure on site, filled with glass, a double-slope roof covered by tent cloth with a max height of 6.3 meters, which stand on a rectangular concrete base.  Aranya PLAT ASIA The architect is designated to renovate it into a restaurant operated by Zhenziwei seafood hotpot, which is selected in “2022 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide.” This is Zhenziwei’s first branch that outside of Beijing.
