This 1,800 sq. ft. apartment underwent a thoughtful renovation to enhance functionality and align with a modern, practical lifestyle. The existing layout was cluttered and lacked efficient planning, limiting its ability to meet daily living requirements. The word "Aakar" itself means shape or form which is vastly reflected in the interior design of this apartment. The design approach focused on optimizing space utilization, transforming the apartment into a well-structured 3BHK. The 4BHK home designed by Studio Jane is characterized by an uber-luxe space living area with a few handpicked statement art pieces. Respecting the original architectural language, the design of the extension was based on a deep understanding of the existing home. The aim was to maintain aesthetic coherence and visual integration so that the extension doesn't appear as a forced addition, but rather a natural evolution of the residence.
