The project aspires to create a new inspiring landmark and add value to the most rapidly developing part of Almaty. The conceptual masterplan on Latin Quarter aspires to keep the unique culture of the area and improve the quality of life of the entire neighborhood. Green City
INK Architects have also been involved in the design of the ten residential 10-story buildings for the Green City. The buildings were completed in 2017. The complex has mixed-affordability units for occupation diversity. Due to the agenda, mentioned for the Green Mall retail complex, the buildings had to meet the LEED standards as well. They are currently undergoing the stage-by-stage certification process.

White Hills – unique cottage complex in Nur-Sultan city.

The modern residential complex is made in a simple, rational and democratic style, which is characteristic of Scandinavian architecture. Grand Opera
The residential complex “Grand Opera” is located in the cultural center of Astana, on Turan Street, close to the State Opera and Ballet Theater, and this has earned its name.

Sensata Park
The placement of residential complex “Sensata Park” – is one of main its own benefits, it is located far away from noisy tracks and surrounded by quiet streets and yards. The main facade stands in a broad green alley, which connects the triumphal arch and a huge park with botanical garden and reservoirs, it makes the residential complex place comfortable and favorable for quiet family life.
Strict and modern linear facade is made in light and light-colored shades of white, beige and grey. Triathlon Towers
The fundamental aspiration for the Triathlon Towers project is to create a point of interest at the Ishim River. For centuries of the cities history, rivers divided cities both socially and economically. Our task was to join two parts of Nur-Sultan city and erase the boundaries.
The project bridges two riverbanks on the ground level, connecting left and right river banks as well as the City and Nur-Sultan Triathlon Parks. A sky bridge connects the two towers at 90 meters mark. It will frame the river views as well as let the citizens enjoy the panoramas of the growing capital city of Kazakhstan. The design concept used for this train station assumes a developed urban plan including wide sidewalks, a two-way thoroughfare, minor recreation areas, and high-altitude cubo-futuristic structures.
