In the 22@Barcelona District, the new LOOM Ferreteria is a former hardware store repurposed by Daniel Modòl urbanism+architecture into a pet-friendly, state-of-the-art co-working concept. LMN Architects have completed the USD 2 billion statement expansion to the Seattle Convention Center. Located on Columbia’s Manhattanville campus in West Harlem, the new home for the Columbia Business School comprises two buildings and approximately 492,000 additional square feet of floor area. The two buildings designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro are the Henry R. Kravis Hall and the David Geffen Hall respectively, which each include numerous multifunctional spaces that foster a sense of community. Zaha Hadid Architects completes new global headquarters for Infinitus China

Located on the site of a decommissioned airport, Infinitus Plaza is an office complex that includes herbal medicine research facilities, safety assessment labs and a learning centre for conferences and exhibitions. Liang Xue Zaha Hadid Architects arranged the eight storeys building around central atria and courtyards. A nod to the symbol for infinity “∞”. The 210,000 square foot Northern Kentucky Health Innovation Center includes classrooms, offices, laboratories, student collaboration spaces, conference rooms, and a simulation and clinical skills suite.  Flexible lofts are used for active learning uses, bridges, an open, social staircase and five-story atrium with top-lit skylights create a unique design.  The skylight uses electronic glass that tints at different shades, based on environmental conditions.
