Where Urban Elegance Meets Natural Serenity

Sachi Design as Interior Architect

Step into the future of architectural brilliance with Hap Seng 3 Tower, a masterpiece that seamlessly integrates urban sophistication with the tranquility of nature. This 26-storey landmark is not just a commercial building; it’s a visionary project that epitomizes modern design and sustainability, meeting the highest industry standards with Grade-A office classification, GBI certification, LEED Gold certification, and MSC zone status.

Elevating Urban Spaces

Hap Seng 3 Tower is an architectural marvel that redefines commercial office environments. This striking development includes five levels dedicated to vibrant retail and dining experiences, 20 floors of premium office spaces, and a rooftop F&B venue—all elegantly positioned above six levels of spacious basement parking. Rising to an impressive height of approximately 90 meters, the building's centerpiece is its extraordinary indoor vertical green wall. This verdant feature, nestled within the building's atriums, introduces an abundance of indirect natural daylight into the office spaces, enhancing visual comfort and bringing a refreshing green touch to every floor. This innovative design element sets Hap Seng 3 Tower apart from conventional office buildings, offering a unique blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Design Inspired by Nature

The interior design of Hap Seng 3 Tower is a celebration of nature's influence on urban architecture. Drawing inspiration from the organic growth of greenery in a cityscape, the design creates a serene and invigorating atmosphere. The concept focuses on verticality and spaciousness, achieved through the use of high-quality materials such as stone, aluminum cladding, and glass panels. These elements not only enhance the visual impact of the building but also contribute to a sense of soaring height and openness.

A key feature of the interior design is the careful selection and arrangement of reflective materials combined with matte finishes. These materials are strategically placed across the ceilings, walls, and floors to emulate the appearance of water puddles left by rain. This design choice introduces a dynamic and engaging element, bringing a touch of nature's unpredictability into the interior space.

A Symphony of Light and Shadow

The thoughtful placement of light fixtures throughout Hap Seng 3 Tower adds another layer of sophistication to the design. The random positioning of these fixtures creates a captivating interplay of light and shadow, reminiscent of sunlight filtering through leaves and branches. This effect is particularly striking in the open baffled ceilings, where natural daylight interacts with the architectural features to create a lively and immersive experience.

A Poetic Journey Through Space

Hap Seng 3 Tower’s interior design is more than just a visual experience—it’s a poetic journey. Every aspect of the design, from the vertical green wall to the reflective materials and the interplay of light and shadow, tells a story. This narrative is woven into the fabric of the building, offering end-users and visitors a unique opportunity to connect with their environment on a deeper level. The design creates a harmonious balance between modern sophistication and the soothing presence of nature, making each visit to Hap Seng 3 Tower an enriching experience.

In essence, Hap Seng 3 Tower stands as a testament to innovative design and sustainable architecture. It offers a refreshing departure from traditional office buildings, integrating natural elements into a sleek, modern form. This approach not only enhances the functionality of the space but also elevates the user experience, setting a new standard for commercial architecture in the city.

Experience the future of urban design at Hap Seng 3 Tower, where every detail has been meticulously crafted to provide a harmonious blend of natural beauty and modern elegance.
