The 620-square-meter hub includes a design thinking workshop, co-working areas, a lounge, and an outdoor terrace—all designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. Hang Haus
The dwelling house for a family is situated on a slope sloping to the east in a location close to the city of Linz. The topography of the building site, building regulations and the amount of sunlight on the property were the determining parameters for the draft and conception of the house. All in all, the clear structure, which appears monolithic from the outside, is dissolved into a complex spatial structure on the inside. The inclined wall panels, which are characteristic of the external effect, also characterize the interior - as a "living landscape" stepped like a platform or as a dynamically aligned ceiling. Haus mit FREITREPPE
When the young family bought the house in Karlhofstrasse, Linz-Urfahr, it was already getting on in years. The charm of the 1930s is still in the air, but the spatial solutions are not very practical. The old entrance means that residents have to climb a lot of stairs - up and down - and the garden is far away from the existing living spaces, which are mainly oriented towards the street via the characteristic bay windows.

Town House in Linz
The Stadthaus is located in the central street Lederergasse - a livable, quiet street that connects Linz's main square, via the tobacco factory, with the port. The existing building – its basic substance from the 16th century – has been renovated and expanded.
Over a process lasting several years, first the premises on the ground floor were converted into the company's own architect's office, then the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor were cleared out and renovated down to their constructive structures. In the last two years, the inventory has been supplemented with an addition.
