Rowdah Luxury Apartments
Situated in the Rowdah District of Jeddah Saudi Arabia, this 6 storey apartment building consists of eight, two bedroom luxury apartments, 4 smaller two bedroom apartments and two luxury penthouses with 3 bedrooms. The total building accommodates 14 apartments.
To meet the cultural needs of the future tenants, each apartment has folding screens which allow for living spaces to be divided for private socialising, multiple bathrooms and maids rooms. Large format windows project from the façade to create window boxes on the outside and seating areas on the inside.
