Adaptive reuse of existing buildings requires synergy and precision. Nestled within the iconic MetLife building in New York, a remarkable 8,400 square foot seafood restaurant unfolds as a multi-faceted dining experience. This venue uniquely combines a casual dining area on the lower level, a refined upper-level dining space, a private omakase room, and a distinct grab-and-go section, catering to a variety of culinary desires and experiences. Studio Gronda was in charge to design all interior design spaces of Saddle restaurant, a new culinary center in the buzzling city of Madrid. Located over the foundations of the legendary Jockey restaurant, the IT society gathering space for global jet setters between 50 and 90.
