Renuka Residence

Nestled in Hyderabad, Renuka Residence is wrapped around a striking 11’ natural rock. There’s a certain stillness to the space as it blends with a natural element. A sense of being held by something older,  something grounded. Caption Caption Caption Caption The design leans into this, unfolding as a private, resort-like retreat—introspective in its quieter moments, yet open and generous when it needs to be.With it's flexible layout and large openings, it transforms into an outdoor cabana for gatherings where the rock becomes a backdrop to laughter, conversations, and sharedtime. Desert Courtyard Mansion

Located on the northern edge of Kerman, Iran, this desert mansion explores a contemporary interpretation of traditional Iranian residential architecture, combining vernacular climatic strategies with a modern architectural language. The design is fundamentally shaped by the extreme desert climate and the traditional distinction between summer and winter quarters. The northern part of the residence functions as the summer residence, incorporating a traditional Badgir (windcatcher) as a passive environmental system. The windcatcher captures and directs air into the building, supporting natural ventilation and reducing dependence on mechanical cooling during suitable climatic conditions. Long Wall House

Some houses begin with rooms. This one begins with a wall. Long Wall House is a contemporary residential project defined by a single continuous edge that establishes both boundary and identity. Set within a compact urban site in Casablanca, the design turns inward, shaping an internal world where light, movement, and daily life unfold with clarity and calm. The wall is not only an enclosure. It is a spatial device. It filters the city, holds privacy, and creates a controlled environment within. From this defining gesture, the house develops as a sequence rather than a composition, where spaces are not experienced all at once, but revealed gradually over time. layers architecture layers architecture layers architecture Movem... Palm Jumeirah Villa Renovation

Located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, this villa renovation transforms an existing beachfront property into a contemporary family residence shaped by light, water, privacy, and a precise black-and-white architectural language. The project begins with a new arrival sequence. Tall white architectural volumes frame a recessed black entrance wall, where the main door is concealed within vertical dark cladding. Rounded exterior corners soften the façade and introduce a sculptural detail that continues inside the home. The entrance courtyard was planned with pale paving, shaped planting beds, white gravel, dark mulch, mature trees, low shrubs, and slim black landscape lighting, creating a clear transition from the street to the private inter... Luxury Beyond Limits

This villa was conceived in response to a unique challenge: creating a residence that conveys a strong sense of luxury and individuality despite strict limitations on the allowable built area. Rather than associating luxury with size, the project redefines it through spatial quality, openness, and the richness of everyday experience. The design process begins with a simple geometric volume positioned within the site's buildable footprint. From the earliest stages, the objective was to maximize the perception of space while maintaining a compact architectural form. Instead of expanding horizontally, the project develops through a series of strategic transformations that generate visual depth, outdoor living opportunities, and a strong conne... More

Abrisham Villa

Designed during the Covid-19 pandemic, Abrisham Villa emerged from a period when domestic life was being fundamentally redefined. Located in the mountainous landscape of Shandiz near Mashhad, Iran, the project was commissioned for a multi-generational family seeking a living environment that could accommodate both collective life and individual independence. see studio see studio see studio The site was subject to strict regulations, limiting construction to two floors and 40 percent site coverage. At the same time, the family envisioned a home deeply connected to nature, outdoor activities, and shared experiences. The project therefore began with a central question: how can a compact architectural volume remain open, flexib... More
