The BAU Bekaa Campus is a new multi-faculty university campus for Beirut Arab University, located in the agricultural landscape of Lebanon's Beqaa Valley. The project covers a 96,056 m² plot and accommodates 3,240 students across 8 faculties, with a total built area of 27,664 m². The design is organized around a single central pedestrian spine that runs the full length of the site, connecting all buildings, outdoor spaces, and the existing Beqaa campus across the road. The Huawei R&D Campus in Guangzhou was conceived not as a single architectural object, but as a fragment of city carefully assembled along the river’s edge. The project is located on Songnan Road in Baiyun District, Guangzhou and has a mixed-use district with a total gross floor area of approximately 300,000 square metres, comprising eight office buildings, one hotel, and an exhibition hall converted from a former sugar factory. Bay House is a compact two-bedroom retreat in a 13-acre master plan. The client wanted a home that opened to its surroundings while offering privacy for short stays. Bankside Yards is a £2bn masterplan for the vibrant and animated London south bank. Set around Blackfriars station, it will blend residential, office and retail functions across eight new buildings, delicately intertwined around the historic context. A part of administrative cluster of PJSC Tatneft in Almetyevsk project Administrative cluster of PJSC Tatneft in Almetyevsk is a set of buildings constructed throughout times: a 15-storey tower (built in 2010, reconstructed in 2020), a 12-storey office building (built in 1970s, renovated in 2017), an entrance group and several 1 and 2-storey extensions: conference hall and cafeteria.
