The Ilani Casino resort is owned and operated by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe of Washington state. Over a decade after the tribe's acquisition of the proper licensure, the casino opened to the public in 2017 with over 2,000 slot machines and 75 table games. Planning and construction of a new transportation center in Newport News arose from the need to expand upon existing stations lacking sufficient parking and accommodations for people with disabilities. Stovall & Company, Inc., the two-phased process involved the construction of a core building, two-story ambulatory healthcare shell, general practice clinic, radiology/imaging area, and an outpatient surgery center. Celebrating an icon of liberty and unification, the Essex County Justice Building is a testament to the legacy of the Reverend Dr Martin Luther King Jr. A place for the community to come together, the design of the building needed to be both functional and inspirational. The Press Apartments in Sacramento, California feature over 250 residential units and 8,000 square feet of retail space on its ground floor. Marc Ellis The complex's name is inspired by where it stands, on the former site of the parking garage of The Sacramento Bee. In keeping with the spirit of its location, The Press uses the bee as its symbol on signage, as well as an aligning color scheme. Custom Amber ALPOLIC finishe trimming the facade of this multi-use complex brings to mind the color of rich honey. Custom Metallic and Mica finishes from #ALPOLIC work together on the envelope of the Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital at the University of Utah to create a welcoming environment that also harmonizes with its natural surroundings. The shining copper color and pearlescent warmth of the Mica metal composite materials evoke a sense of calm and comfort.  Use of these finishes is particularly noticeable on the large canopy at the hospital's entrance. Paired together, the colors extend from the building to shield incoming patients and visitors from the sun, and draw them into a similarly designed place of solace and healing.
