MIDE architects designed a welcoming and sophisticated brick villa, developed on two floors with large windows to enjoy the park view. A wide open-space, facing south and protected by a large porch, overlooks the garden. The ground floor features an inner patio to further illuminate the space, creating a visual connection with the garage. The house on the slope is a project of a modern single-family house with an area of ​​just over 250m2 including a two-car garage. The villa designed by the RESE Architekci studio by Piotr Zabłocki is located on an irregular, elongated plot. The northern border of the plot is an almost 7m high escarpment. This escarpment, or rather the attractive view that stretches below it, has been the main asset of the property from the very beginning. A project of a large yet inconspicuous single-family house. A house intended for a 5-person young family. The building is located on an almost square flat plot with an entrance from the north. The building is simple in its basic form, open to the southern garden and almost completely closed to the north side where the entrance and driveway are located. A single-storey building with an attic, for the investor it was extremely important to maintain the area and full functionality of the rooms in the attic, hence the high knee walls (1.5 m), it was also important to create an additional attic where one could walk without unnecessary bending - all these elements were preserved while maintaining a simple roof structure. Designed for a challenging site in Big Sky, the lot is very wooded and rocky and has a lot of variation to the elevations of grade. Different community restrictions, building code regulations and HOA restrictions as well. This elegant newly built residence is located near the coast of San Vito, a typical fishing village in the town of Polignano a Mare. The facade of the building, close to the large rectangular swimming pool, opens towards the sea through large and bright Jansen anthracite steel windows with a minimal cut illuminated by LED lanterns. The house is surrounded by a splendid Mediterranean garden with palm trees and oleanders placed in tuff flowerbeds and bordered by dry stone walls.
