The project focuses on the renovation and transformation of the house’s exterior and the surrounding garden. The existing architecture is updated with new exterior elements, including a new terrace that strengthens the connection between the house and the garden. The garden is designed as a series of distinct outdoor spaces, each with its own atmosphere and function. Areas for morning sun, dining, relaxation, sunbathing, afternoon activities and evening gatherings are defined through planting, pathways and variations in materials. A modernist residence in Kifisia unfolds through terraced volumes, deep overhangs and a sculpted perforated façade that mediates between privacy and openness. Located in Puszczykowo near Poznań, the house was designed for a sloping site intersected by two natural embankments. The existing topography became the starting point for the entire concept, shaping the building's form, section and functional organization. The result is a house that grows naturally from the landscape and responds directly to the site's conditions. Villa Santpoort is a detached residence located in the dunes of Santpoort-Zuid, designed to form a connection with its surrounding landscape. The design responds to the natural level differences of the site, resulting in a playful split-level layout where spaces are interconnected yet retain their own identity. The villa consists of a wooden volume placed on a concrete plinth, intersected by glass elements that create transparency and unique light conditions.
