From a story and a half to a full two story, they wanted to have a more updated look to the house but they loved the neighborhood, they wanted to improve their lifestyles there the connection between the pool activities and the indoor actives. In doing so we improved the other spaces too, master suite. Added the second floor to improve upon all the bedrooms.  Our clients wanted to completely remodel and refresh their three-story condo following principles of Feng Sui. There were curves in the ceiling of the great room that were existing. We kept it because the clients liked the asymmetry of it. Keeping it also kept to amount of change to a minimum. The most striking feature of this home are the razor-edge roof profiles and the fact that those roofs swoop both vertically and horizontally. It is really an evolution of modern design.
