NewsHouse 2.0 is a multimedia complex on the main street of Kyiv, Khreshchatyk, designed by the bureau for the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (Suspline Ukraine). Maryan Beresh LOCATION The building on Khreshchatyk was constructed in 1849 as a postal station. Later, one of the first Ukrainian television studios started operating here, but it burned down in the 1990s. Maryan Beresh Two floors of the building were allocated for the future newsroom. OSO Architecture provided design and build office fit-out service for Esalco Logistics company in Istanbul, Turkey. This office is located on 2 floors with a total area of 900m2 and was designed for a company with a staff of 70 young and dynamic people. The most essential aspect of the company, which reflects on all its employees, is that it has a young and dynamic structure. Accordingly, the most important concept decision was to design the company's new office to represent these qualities. Meet historical San Francisco Landmark #104 – the Independent Wood Company building, built in 1907. Situated between Telegraph Hill and the commercial waterfront, this structure has seen a lot of change over 115 years, culminating in a sweeping office renovation by Mithun. This two level brick building is now surrounded by the monumental Levi's Plaza, headquarters of Levi Straus Co. The complex was conceived by Gensler and HOK in 1982 with sensitivity to the 1105 Battery site, continuing the rugged industrial character and predominant red brick. The new space of the Space 1 network of service offices in Moscow on Tverskoy Boulevard is located in a historic mansion of the 18th century. The project has integrated the historic atmosphere of the mansion with a modern, technological and efficient interior. The office for the Digital division of Alfa-Bank reflects the spirit of the bank’s innovation through the aesthetics of the Martian surface, unusual for office spaces, in the atmosphere of retro-futurism, close to the young and creative employees of Alfa Digital. Elon Musk, at the time of developing the concept of the office, was testing a new prototype of a spacecraft for a flight to Mars. This is how the metaphor appeared, which formed the basis of the concept: while humanity is just preparing to conquer the red planet, Alfa-Bank should already be on its way to it. Vaimo and EASI are two ambitious companies sharing the office space in Genk. Both working in the IT sector, they had a common need to attract new talent. Creneau International designed a workplace that unites two cultures under one roof.  The new office is located on the iconic C-mine cite.
