'A previously dated but solidly built 90’s style house with ‘good bones’ has been renovated with minimal structural changes but with a comprehensive interior design program. Our clients purchased a large, solidly built and well-located beach house. However, the kitchen was impractical, the large bar unnecessary and the finishes were colourful – the house had the sensibility of a 90’s office interior rather than a home near the beach. As described by Techne, the L’Oreal Training Academy is a flexible and cohesive space that ensures longevity and ease of use. Each training room accommodates the academy’s hands-on training courses as well as more traditional and digital teaching methods. A material palette comprising concrete flooring, white walls, monochromatic joinery and marble splashbacks bring a paired aesthetic to the training rooms to create an enduring, contemporary finish. In 2018, the Kookai store in the Robina Central Mall was complete within the multi-million follar redevelopment. The Kookai project is amongst a 270 million dollar upgrade of the malls precinct. Robina Town Centre Manager Shaine Beveridge said the Central Malls project bolstered the centre’s position as the region’s most vibrant urban shopping, leisure and entertainment destination, now boasting more than 400 retailers, including Kookai.  The Articolo Slab Wall Sconce and the Fizi 5-ball pendant are included in the elegant store design.  More
