Park Residence is a residential building located in the heart of Sofia, between the vibrant city center and the serene expanse of Holy Trinity Park. This prime location brought a unique set of challenges for the architectural team: designing a building that is both visually engaging and functionally efficient, integrating the building into the urban environment, and fostering a harmonious connection with the park. The home located in the suburbs of New Orleans had a low ceiling that provided its exterior (and interior) with an aesthetic (and proportion) that was familiar to other mid-century homes built in this region but lacked many of the components that often distinguish these homes as remarkable works of Architecture such as an open floor plan, vaulted spaces (strategically juxtaposed to the low ceilings), and unexpected elements of surprise.  Instead, the home favored functionality and formality in keeping with the regional client expectations of that time. Aikya Signature is a stand-alone residential tower at Tardeo, in the heart of South Bombay.  This tower is personified by its geometric linear design and is supported by the sustainable systems which were organically incorporated into the design. An important aspect of this system is the façade of the building which is engineered in a way to protect the indoors from the tropical Mumbai climate. The project is located in a 3160 square meter area in Kooy-e-Faraz neighborhood. The main approach of the project is to dialogue with Le Corbusier's projects. The concept of the project is "The house as a machine for living". Accordingly, transform of five Corbusian points, methods of geometry and proportions have been applied.
