Casa Ederlezi winner of public vote for House of the Year (Urban)

Located in the metropolitan area of Monterrey, Mexico, Casa Ederlezi has been selected by public vote as Archello Awards 2023 House of the Year (Urban). This project involves 3 apartment towers that house 279 units. Two towers are 16 levels while the last one has one level less. The three towers rest on a four-level parking lot building that comprises service areas, both maintenance and administration, as well as bicycle parking spots, 614 parking spaces and a total of 280 warehouse units for the apartment residents.Its construction is divided into 3 phases. ETHÉREA

Ethérea is a 4-tower multi-family housing, which house 230 apartments. The project is developed in 1.8 hectares leaving the rest as a natural area, with the aim of generating an environment of privacy and security.The project intends to generate an atmosphere of social and family coexistence, in a green and pleasant environment where recreational activities can be carried out. Ayuccá

Pabellon La Carreta

Sonoma Torre Vento

 Sonoma club is located in Valle Oriente, in Monterrey, Mexico. It has an extension of150,000 m2, of which 10,000 m2 are dedicated to sports facilities and common areas. The master plan includes 8 towers and a clubhouse, where Torre Vento is the first to be built. The 36 levels of the tower include private amenities, an event hall on the first floor, four parking stories for 150 vehicles and more than 50 warehouse spaces. It also has 50 apartment units, of which 47 are 160 to 260 m2, two sky residences with 320 to 490 m2 and a two-storey penthouse with a terrace.  More

La Capital

La Capital is a mixed-use project with an apartment building and commercial premises that was conceived as place of transition, recreation and rest for pedestrians who travel between Macroplaza and Fundidora Park. CAM | Monterrey Central Bus Station

Located in the center of Monterrey the project comes in mutual agreement by the public and private sector that seek for a mixed use office building to be a potential urban detonator of the area. This project is divided on two phases. It all started when the director of the Central de Autobuses de Monterrey commissioned us to perform an audit of the existing terminal space located on Avenida Colon. This audit included an analysis of the space to determine if the total area which had was the right to operate or require more space for their operations.
