Alcoutins House
This residence is located on a sloped plot within a golf course, with a seven meter level difference that shapes its spatial organization. The main entrance is at the upper level, while the lowest floor houses the parking and technical areas with direct access to the green. Private areas are positioned on the intermediate level.

Moroso NY Flagship
Marking the Company’s 70th anniversary, Moroso’s new flagship store opens in New York at 105, Madison Avenue. A prestigious location in the heart of Manhattan – three levels with a total floor area of over 400 square meters, marking a particularly significant milestone in the brand’s evolution and making Moroso an outstanding landmark in the New York design scene.

Maison de Charme
The house is designed like an open space with high ceilings and large square area that allowed for playing with scale, proportions, and geometry. The first thing that draws attention in the living room are the ceilings, which are high enough to accommodate an impressive fireplace. To add character to the space, which is designed in soft colors, the architects opted for complex color shades when choosing textiles, furniture, and lighting. This is how the interior acquired greyish blue, soft mint, deep blue, tobacco, baked milk, and cinnamon shades.
