Established in 2015 by Saskia van Hofwegen and Dian Iskandar to address the absence of female representation in Amsterdam's streetwear market, Maha has since undergone a transformative journey. Evolving from its roots as a female-driven streetwear destination, Maha aspires to be more than a retail space. PETS & HUMANS - Positive House

Architect Hector Ruiz Velázquez has been working and researching housing in large cities for years, spatially and conceptually expanding square meters into cubic meters. The equivalent on the domestic scale of the strategy of occupying cities more densely instead of making them grow in a disorganized way without controlling the void. The objective is sustainable in itself, and in terms of energy consumption, as well as optimization of maintenance resources. C&P Corporate Headquarters

A real estate company’s corporate headquarters, located at the city’s highest traffic entrance, brings clarity and conciseness and acts as a new landmark to a transitioning industrial area within an emerging district. The projects main ambition was to create an authentic example of “Built Identity” within the context of a seven-story building, incorporating the client’s logo icon throughout the building elevation. The project name, CUBEND, translates firm values by unifying the words “cube,” relating to wholeness and persistence, plus “bend,” standing for movement and dynamics. KUL Campus Bruges

The perpetuation of the cooperation between KU Leuven (Catholic University of Louvain) and VIVES college university has become a fact with the realisation of the KU Leuven Campus in Bruges. The building hosts the Faculty of Industrial and Engineering Sciences and Technology and the Faculty of Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences and is located in a very prominent place on the Ter Groene Poorte site. COMMUNITY CENTRE H55

The CC H55 shape results of its location in the urban fabric and topographic area. It starts in a movement as an extension from the peak-facade of the adjacent building towards the clock tower of the church ending in a high peak. The roof structure of the CC H55 is an application of the traditional character of the surrounding buildings with a contemporary touch of style. The high peak refers to the highly gothic style of Prague, city of a hundred spires, and gives a dialogue with the clock tower of the church. The shape of the CC H55 is lowered in the middle to leave an open view to the garden from the street level and give easily independent pedestrian access to the garden.
