Campus 90 is a hybrid development in Varna, Bulgaria, uniting student housing, a hotel, and a conference center within one building. Located near a newly constructed roundabout connecting Tsar Osvoboditel and Vasil Levski boulevards, it is within walking distance of two major state universities. The building has a simple rectangular silhouette with a bright, pixelated facade inspired by movement and speed. The project building perfectly fits the topography of the area and is integrated with the existing landscape. The "Medienhaus Kapitelsaal" is in the historic center of Salzburg, directly under the Fortress in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The starting point for the intervention was an event hall that no longer corresponded to the state of the art and had to be adapted into a multifunctional media house. The planned multifunctional building “Rubina”, located on the former site of the Nibelungen barracks in Regensburg is a new educational and care centre for young people. A multifunctional building has risen at the corner of the Komunardů and Přístavní streets, providing the missing piece for one of the typical regular Holešovice blocks. It is replacing two five-story apartment blocks that had to be taken down after the floods of 2002 due their compromised structural stability.
