The project is about a single story private residence in Rio, a small town near Patra, Greece. The main functions of the house are taking place on the ground floor. The “L” shape volume is divided in two swings. The first, the north-east one,  hosts the living areas of the house, such as the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, while the other one contains the three master bedrooms of the family. Office25architects and E. Chadios designed and constructed the new Pandora store in the center of Thessaloniki. The shop is divided into two zones. The first one is located on the front area of the store, where the main public space is, while the second one, hosting the secondary and private utilities, is on the back. Minimal design with built-in constructions and bright colours are selected, creating a very unique and attractive interior place. The project is about a renovation in a former apartment which is located  in the center of Athens.  The design has a minimal approach, a semi-open space with soft shades. This project concerns a complex of two two-story buildings with pilotis and green roof. It is located in the extension of Thermi. Each bulding is oriented on the southeast while having two apartments on each level. Caption Caption On the front side, an outdoor common area has been designed, with a pergola and seating areas. The back yard is a parking space. The design of the pilotis functions as the natural continuation of the outdoor space inside the complex. This is an extension to an existing house in Epanomi, Thessaloniki. The existing house in near the sea and the view of the site is extraordinary! The views are always of paramount importance when it comes to designing. Caption Caption Thus, we covered the old house with white walls, so as to form exterior spaces such as dining area, sitting room and a jacuzzi. We also designed a sloped cour anglaise that leads to the underground level, where the bedrooms are located. This project refers to the design of a ground floor private residence with surrounding fencing, in the farm area of Epanomi (municipality of Thermaikos) which has a total area of 11557.50 sq.m. The ground floor house has been designed and developed based on the topographical details of the area . The building has visual engravings on the southwest, its entrance is located on the northeast and evolves around a outdoor living room. The Building The building complex is found at 136 Kifissos Avenue and is part of the broader industrial area of Peristeri. The project concerns the renovation of old warehouses and their conversion into supermarket chain headquarters. Our team dealt with the design of the lobby, the training-seminar rooms and the multi-purpose hall. Caption Reception The reception area is located on the ground floor of the main building. This project is about two detached family houses in Koropi area, Athens. The houses are located in the northwest of the building site -near to the public road- and the garden in the south. Each residence consists of four levels. The living areas and the kitchen are located on the ground floor of each house and the bedrooms on the upper levels. The different uses of each level form three different zones on the facade of the building. The top zone is the most characteristic one, because of the prismatic shape of the building above its base. OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS designed a private residence in the area of Porto Rafti, which is located close to Athens. The concept of the building consists of three volumes of different sizes. Two of them lie on the top of one another forming the residence, and the third forms a shelter on the exterior area and unites the building with the landscape design. The object of this project was to design the new office and science building “IBO-Hive” for the Bioeconomy and Agrotechnology Institute of EKETA (EKETA is Greece’s National Authority for Research and Technological Advance). The new EKETA building will accommodate the facilities for 100-125 employees and will be able to host 250 visitors at its premises in Mezourlo, located near the university hospital of Larisa, Greece.
