Located in the center of the city, the project arises to give response to a new clinic whose values are based on an extremely personalized treatment to the client. The layout of the building, which dates from the beginning of the last century, conditioned the distribution. It was decided to unify the color of walls, floor and ceiling, using a continuous pavement designed by the studio. The client showed by Mrs. Tatiana representative of the board of owners and administrator of the Building in question, we asked for evaluation and to pay for the repainting works of the main facade of the building as well as the cleaning of the glass of the central box of the panoramic elevator located on the facade of it. In the same way we request the repainting of the main doors to the building located in the frontal fence and in the same way the pedestrian access and vehicular access to the parking areas and common areas of the multifamily building in question. The main objective of the project is to update and transform the corporate image of the "Strugal" offices. The rooms in which the property proposes to intervene are distributed on two levels, the office area on the first floor and the exhibiting areas, dining room, and the training room on the ground floor, next to the entrance and reception.One of the main milestones of the project is to adapt the office space to a new working model, more open and participatory. Beginning with the establishment of the Goodman Offices Project in Spain, we found an open space, where the nucleus of the toilets, the structure and the glass façade were the only aspects to take into account. The owner presented us their way of doing business as the main request: it is about an office in which there aren´t fixed places, but various ways of having a meeting and working together, a lot of flexibility and different situations.Our answer to these requirements is to produce a unique language that goes through the space creating the different uses and circulations required.
