The building plot featured a natural slope and was located on the outskirts of Lamporecchio, at the junction of two roads leading toward the town center. The previous owner anticipated future development by modifying the site's original topography. By adding fill, he created a level platform that improved views and increased privacy from the street. This elevated, panoramic corner serves as the conceptual starting point for a project focused on engaging with the surrounding landscape while maintaining the privacy requested by the client. The 30-acre Natura Gardens incorporates 10 acres of restored wetlands, striking a delicate balance between community needs and environmental responsibility. The restored wetlands became an opportunity to demonstrate how communities can serve as the custodians of scarce environmental resources. The site plan integrates the wetlands so residents can experience the seasonal changes of this essential ecosystem. "Yellow Cell Office" is an office-commercial building in the Saadat Abad neighborhood of Tehran city. The gross built area of the building is 21000 square meters. This project was referred to Cedrus Studio as a limited competition. The objective of the competition is to redesign and rehabilitate an existing structure.
