Developed over three floors, the five-bedroom single-family home is spread over two floors above ground level and one floor below, incorporating a swimming pool and landscaped outdoor areas. The upper floor houses a roofed garage for four cars and five bicycles, a suite, and a support area, connected to the vertical communications. Developed across three levels, this residence is organized vertically, with a clear articulation of functional and material stratification across its volumes. An architectural design for a store and apartments. Living in old & new On Nieuwlandstraat in Tilburg stood a building whose historical façade had long been concealed. Given that this street is filled with historic buildings, we decided to restore the old façade to its original state. Perched atop a steep river bank, the Chewuch Cabin offers equal amounts of shelter from and exposure to north-central Washington’s rugged beauty. A high, linear roof gestures emphatically toward the river and foothills beyond, forming a primary axis. Villa Fifty-Fifty has equal parts indoor and outdoor spaces

As the name suggests, half of the house of Villa Fifty-Fifty, designed by Studioninedots, consists of indoor and the other half of outdoor spaces. By alternating them in a checkerboard pattern, reminiscent of floorplans by SANAA, the office has made them into equal parts.
