GC II House
The GC house is a revamped residence from the seventies with a three objective strategy: efficient redistribution of space, creating a soothing atmosphere, and prioritizing permeability to benefit from its surroundings.

Its original layout, intricate and with an outdated program, was revitalized by freeing the space from the columns and walls that subdivided it. The tour through the house goes from narrow to open, evoking the levels of privacy. I VOLUMI HOUSE
This project includes a commercial space at street level and a house suspended and divided in two floors, the particular residence of an artist. Even if the volumes, for the mayority glazed, are "regular and orthogonal", "illuminate an explosive combination" say the architects. The thin columns create the impression of a dynamic relationship between volumes. The coating is realized of anodized aluminium panels covered with polyurethane. A solution that create a contrast between black and red surfaces. The architects are looking fir the "dematerialization" of what is still a geometric vocabulary, despite the many surprises that incite design. Acapulco GP Apartment
Acapulco GP is a residential apartment in one of the most exclusive high-rise towers in Punta Diamante. The apartment was designed for a large family who wanted to spend the weekends relaxing and enjoying the beach life. Aiming for tranquility and a soothing vibe, the project applied a reinterpretation of the textures and colors of the beach in a way that the client could have the perfect getaway place.Before the intervention, the apartment had old worn-out materials, with tones that were not appropriate for the climate of Acapulco and its spaces were too compartmented.
