Inspired by the fantastic view, the architectural plans for this home included a roof top deck.  The homeowners objective was to build vertically to make the most use of their real estate and take advantage of the scenery. On a former campsite is the plan area ' The Nieuwkoopse Eilanden ' realized. The new building plots are spread over a number of headlands between the Nieuwkoopse Plassen and Zuideinderplas.   Building plot 15 is an extra wide plot at the end of one of the headlands an provides a wide view over the lake. The quality of this unique location is fully utilized in the house: the neighboring facades and the roof- and floor surfaces are relatively closed and form a comfortable shell. The front and rear facades on the other hand, are open and offer a wide panorama of the surroundings. Residential houses are located on a visually exposed southern slopes above the city center Luhacovice. It forms one of the first objects emerging residential enclave in this place. Location of home helps create a horizon of the surrounding landscape. For this reason, much attention was paid to a soft hilly relief was not disrupt the fitting of rough objects or significant relief changes. The tower is part of the ambitious new master plan for the city, which converges around ten towers. We propose a volume starting as an ellipse and ending as a rectangle. The subtle transition between these two basic shapes makes a grand tower which fully captures the Mediterranean light. Seen from Tirana’s central square, the shape of the tower gracefully complements the urban ensemble consisting of the mosque, the clock tower and the cultural palace.As important as its silhouette, is the base of the tower.
