The building to our client is constructed in factory neighborhood. Each facade tells a story of aesthetic emotions linked with each space in terms of its color palate.We tried to blend modern interiors, flooring and plenty of open spaces where you can break away for a change of scenery. Office layout is kept quite simple with central alley leading us to the owner’s cabin. Office space includes main director office, working space with desks, meeting room, and an informal reception area.Exterior elevation of the office is quite unusual with heavy ornamented bracket wooden frame design. Fish Market has taken the latest trend of the Athens’ gastronomy to the next level. A magnificent blend of fresh local sea food portrayed in a fusion menu. It is a 60sqm store with two separate sections, one for the fresh fish and the other for the restaurant. Small white ceramic tiles cover almost all the surfaces of the store creating a clean and fresh atmosphere with a very characteristic pattern.   Indoor walls as well as the outdoor area are covered with green plants, and along with the custom lights and the wooden and metal details compose a natural and comfortable ambience. An adaptable skeleton wrapped in a translucent skin delivers iconic visual communication and a continuous landscape of ceramic surfaces.Designed for Kale Group – worldwide manufacturer of ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware – the stand has the aim to qualify the identity of the company. The space is divided in five exhibition areas - each dedicated to a different brand belonging to Kale - linked by a central space for lounging and meeting. The company’s request for a low budget solution with high visual impact informed the design process, driving its focus on the idea of versatility as a conceptual frame. The” Daad” project has been constructed in an area of 270 square meters which is located in Tehran with the total infrastructure of 1444 square meters and useful area of 810 square meters in 5 residential floors in single units, it also includes 3 floor joints i.e. Lobby and parking spaces on the first floor and parking spaces and depots on the 2nd and the 3rd underground floors. A project combining sleek decoration with a bit of mistery in a place devoted to business transactions. From the entrance, a combination of overlaying patterns leads the visitor to a main lobby space where discuss and negotiate. First he has to cross two galleries. The first one shows large suspended horizontal and vertical ceramic panels, suggesting a wide range of possible combinations. The exhibition in the second gallery overwhelms him. The visitor is inside the tiled displays admiring decorations and details in big arrangements. A sense of luxurious wideness embraces him during the visit.
