The building to our client is constructed in factory neighborhood. Each facade tells a story of aesthetic emotions linked with each space in terms of its color palate.We tried to blend modern interiors, flooring and plenty of open spaces where you can break away for a change of scenery. Office layout is kept quite simple with central alley leading us to the owner’s cabin. Office space includes main director office, working space with desks, meeting room, and an informal reception area.Exterior elevation of the office is quite unusual with heavy ornamented bracket wooden frame design. Simple elevation with wooden balustrade detail on the first floor window & white color story enhances the richness and simplicity of this elevation. Decorative veranda space with ceramic floor tile is kept traditional. In interior at entrance we have a reception desk with a huge Henri Matisse Cutouts painting above the seating enhancing the space.While open working tables are arranged along the alley, to maintain privacy of space file storage units are aligned to the passage axis acting as a semi-partition. Staircase is strategically placed and made in mild steel to give lightness in space, while the black color balances and compliments the overall natural nude colors story. Concrete finishes are used in flooring, and central passage is highlighted by using Bharat flooring in white & blue. Highlight of the office is this ornamental black full height door with brass handles which opens up to the director cabin. The cabin is beautifully laid in terrazzo flooring in white. Here Soft finishes overpower the hard finishes adding warmth and cozy feel to the cabin. Cabin consists of a desk space, lounge are and small informal discussion table. A bold red book shelf attached to the cabin desk inhibits a flush door to washroom space. The all wooden desk is paired with vintage Victorian chair; interior of the office in classic style emphasizes the reliability, nobility of the character of its owner. Overall look from flooring to wooden column design, the color story everything is kept quite modern art deco inspired. Color story is also kept quite neutral with few pop of colors which gives this busy working office an airy & sophistication which this space deserves.
