This childless couple acquires their first house to found their future family. It is a terraced house on one side located on a pretty plot of 500m² in a quiet area with a small village spirit. The stone house benefits from a ground floor as well as two bedrooms upstairs. There isn't really a living room.

In order to design their "home", this couple wants to have an extension made there to create a master bedroom and a lounge area while carrying out a complete redevelopment of the existing one. We keep the walls and the roof, we break the rest and we start again. Raw concrete on the facade. Inside a lot of light, waxed concrete on the floor and wood.

After consulting many architects before getting the right feeling, this young couple with a child decides to embark on their project. Their reflection of 2 years allowed to mature their project and to be ready. The house is composed in a classic way with only 2 bedrooms.

The plot being small, the elevation is essential and will allow them to offer their wish, namely 2 additional bedrooms, an office space for teleworking and a cozy TV space apart from the reception areas. A modern spirit to revamp the existing house that lacks identity. Bringing warmth to the facade with wood but which does not gray over time, a challenge.

A couple with a child decided to settle in Andernos-les-Bains and set their sights on this property. The existing building is just under 60m² habitable, and the land is largely covered with gravel.
