The exploration between volumes and materiality result in a composition that manifests itself with its own character in the corner lot.  The project is developed with a completely introspective gesture that has its visual escapes to strategically located interior spaces to maintain light comfort and sensory experimentation in spaces and textures.  With a double height space that connects both levels of the project, the public area becomes the guiding axis of the project since most of the social and family activities of the house will take place there.  The variation in the dispositions of the materials become a constant of the project that seeks to highlight the character of each formal element that gives harmony to the pr... The enjoyment of the interior spaces of this house was the central reason around which the project revolves. Emmanuel Ortiz Through a composition of very forceful elements that dialogue each other with their respective materials, the house is developed on two levels, the lower one being partially closed in front of the lot and translucent to the garden; while the upper level has some discreet visual leaks, for the most part they enjoy the interior.
