The architectural design is organized around a central garden, which not only provides an element of serenity, but also allows for a fluid connection between the interior and exterior spaces. On the first floor, a large living-dining room space with double height creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for conviviality. In addition, a study and a master bedroom with full bathroom and walk-in closet are incorporated, prioritizing accessibility and comfort for its inhabitants. The large windows maximize the use of natural light and frame strategic views of the garden.

Upstairs, the secondary bedrooms are distributed, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, along with a TV room that complements the private areas of the house.
Formally, CASA GC combines an orthogonal geometry with strategically arranged curved slabs, generating dynamic shadows and giving the facades a unique identity. The selection of materials responds to criteria of durability and low maintenance, achieving a timeless aesthetic in harmony with its context.
