Metroteka
Metroteka is the first public library located inside a metro station in Poland. Situated within Warsaw's Metro Kondratowicza station, the project was conceived as a response to a simple observation: while contemporary libraries increasingly compete for people's time and attention, millions of urban residents spend a significant part of their lives moving through transit spaces every day.
Rather than expecting people to make a separate trip to culture, Metroteka brings culture directly into the rhythm of daily life.

Renovation of the former Reyes Católicos National School in Santa Fe as a public library.
At the threshold between Paseo del Señor de la Salud and Pasaje Señor de la Salud, where the Ramal de la Ermita —fed by the Acequia Real Vieja— once converged with the Acequia de la Pernala to form the Acequia de la Cava, the sound of water can once again be heard. The intervention stems from a careful reading of the site, where the agricultural memory and traces of historic irrigation infrastructures reveal a fertile, irrigated and permeable past. This connection, “at the heart of nature,” inspires a design deeply rooted in the symbiosis between the environment and its citizens.
