This 1500 sq. ft. carpet area boutique store is designed to be serene, with neutral white walls and minimal texture added by veneering furniture. The CAPEXUS architect, Tereza Bradová, chosed to replace often used basic colours with bright and saturated gradients of green, blue and red. The basic idea of the project is that the working environment needs to be an optimistic space, positive and diverse, that people identify with and that offers the freedom to choose their most suitable way of getting the job done. The workspaces are efficiently organized to use the natural light equally and is completed by pieces of furniture and plants that improve the feeling of the work environment. Commercial buildings always tend to have very bold exteriors and highly flexible interiors, which is why this 17 floor commercial business center in the heart of Dammam, Saudi Arabia is such a qualitative success. The lobby and two stores on the ground floor are a great forefront for the parking area on the second floor, while the rest of the 15 story’s house corporate offices. The CAS design team went for a high-powered, corporate chic look for both the exterior and the interior.
