Rehabilitation as a single-family dwelling of a fragment of the "Casa del Batlle", building founded on Islamic remains by the Order of the Templars after the Reconquest of Moncada (second half of the thirteenth century). The fragment consists of a strip of 10 meters wide, two bays deep and a courtyard inside, with overlapping of different properties between ground floor and first floor. The structure is of walls of load of tapial of 85 cm. thick, parallel to the facade, belonging to the foundational era of the building, among which we must highlight the wall behind the courtyard with remains of arches of masonry. Context I Location OZ 3459 is a condo building with seven housing units located in the Saavedra neighborhood, a residential area in the city of Buenos Aires. Located in an unusual city block on an alley, with height limitations set by the r2bi zoning code, this small area of 8.66 m x 18.00 m gives us the possibility of placing a building on the entire land area.   The building incorporates the scale of the neighborhood on the front and back facades, joining the courtyards with the neighboring boundaries, and producing a setback on the top floors. Today, Balfegó is one of the largest international producers of red tuna, as well as being highly regarded by the world’s most famous chefs, in particular the Japanese. Chishui Danxia, in the north of Guizhou province, can be classified as 'young Danxia', which is one of the most impressive phases.
