Comprising 70 apartments, Woodland Terraces also features a range of premium public spaces, including a welcoming lobby, a rooftop swimming pool, an open-air cinema with a BBQ and lounge area, a paddle court, a café, and a rooftop gym boasting breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai.

Residential Apartment Building in Chennai, India
Ornate carvings of traditional temples, beaches with clear blue waters, and the soothing sound of Carnatic music are some of the enticing characteristics of Chennai – the capital city of Tamil Nadu, brimming with vivid colours of culture. Chennai accommodates over 60 lakh people, emerging as a metropolitan city that adds significantly to the historical and intellectual quotient of India. When a client from this city envisioned to build a four-storey apartment building in Egmore, a sought-after residential neighbourhood, the design team at Atelier ARBO seized the opportunity to explore the city’s nuances and create a space that unites seamlessly with its surroundings.

A site is located in maradu, one of the residential hubs in ernakulam, kerala. It’s a rectangular plot with the road on north, a house in the east and south and a running water body on the west side and it's open towards a wetland. The client’s brief was to design a house with ample amount of light and ventilation and to have a floor layout following the vastu principles. The challenge was to control the amount of heat from the west side of the plot.

Mixed-Use Complex on Tbilisi's Left Bank
Along the history of Tbilisi’s development, the right bank of Mtkvari had more defined and regulated architectural development than the left bank. This tendency is clearly visible even today - in light of ever-growing urbanization, the left bank is developing steadily, without considering local context. Because of this, while working on this project on Samtredia Street we intended to create a precedent of correct district planning.
