CGM Club Giovanile Milano – Milan, IT

In the Certosa District – located in the north-west of Milan, an area undergoing a major regeneration project promoted by RealStep and today Milan’s most vibrant gastronomic hub – stands an early 20th-century villa that has been many things over time: a slaughterhouse, a squat, a forgotten fragment of the city. Today, it is Club Giovanile Milano, a space that brings together dining, a listening bar, and live music. The project, promoted by RealStep, stems from the idea of bringing fresh energy into the district and was entrusted to co.arch studio (arch. Andrea Pezzoli, arch. Giulia Urciuoli), who embraced a clear challenge: to preserve the historic character of the villa without taming it, and instead highlight it through... More

InterContinental Changchun High Tech Zone

Seth Powers   The InterContinental Changchun High Tech Zone, designed by the internationally renowned design team CCD, takes inspiration from the concept of a "Prosperous Mansion in the North," presenting a hidden and luxurious space where nature and humanity intertwine. Seth Powers Seth Powers   Delving into the local culture of Changchun, the building's facade is designed with the ice flower as its prototype, interpreting the beauty of the northern ice and snow through modern architectural language; elements of ice flowers and crystals are incorporated into the interior design, creatively presented through a rich variety of materials and textures such as natural wood, metal, and glass, creating a dreamy... Adong BB

Adong is a Japanese-inspired dining space in Bielsko-Biała, designed as a serene architectural composition rather than a themed interior. The project translates core principles of Japanese architecture — harmony, rhythm and material honesty — into a contemporary restaurant experience. ANNA GRUSZKOWSKA ANNA GRUSZKOWSKA ANNA GRUSZKOWSKA ANNA GRUSZKOWSKA The main dining hall is organised as a calm spatial grid. Modular timber panels line the walls, defining the space through repetition and proportion. Indirect light integrated into each segment accentuates the horizontal order of the interior, creating a warm and immersive backdrop that supports focus and togetherness at the table. El Cafe

Concept Description: The design of this coffee shop is inspired by Brazilian midcentury modern style, known for its vibrant colors, organic shapes, and warm materials. This approach is particularly relevant to the climate of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Bold, contrasting interiors, highlighted by murals from Brazilian artist Rojerio Pedro, create an atmosphere of coziness and positivity, allowing visitors to feel transported to a warm southern corner in the midst of Sakhalin’s harsh winter. Wood accents, greenery, and soft textures add a natural touch, making the space an ideal retreat for both tourists and locals. Pier29 Restaurant

Liqui’s seafood restaurant design for Pier 29 was created hand-in-hand with our branding agency Crate47 who created a brand that fits with the nautical theme of our contemporary interior. This was in-line with the all-encompassing brief for this new hospitality venture, and together we developed a subtly branded restaurant interior design that offers a relaxed dining experience for those who enjoy good quality seafood. With the maritime theme in mind, the interior design of the restaurant combines such elements as navy blue walls and exposed timber. There’s a row of large circular mirror windows running the length of one wall that suggest oversized portholes. We created a slice of theatre with two large installation pieces susp... More

BIRCH

Birch is a restaurant of author's cuisine in the center of St. Petersburg, which was opened by 4 young chefs.   The founders wanted to make a place in which haute cuisine will be also affordable and simple. A place where one can feel comfortable and relaxed, but a place with a bright personality noticed about it.   It was decided that the restaurant would have two halls: The first is open to everyone, and the second is a secret hall with an open kitchen, where guests can come only for a set menu offered by the chef.   It all started with the name for the venue, Birch, which simultaneously refers to something primordially Russian (this is associated with the fact that some local foodstuff used here) and is also associate... Port 2.0

PORT2.0 is one of the few seafood restaurants in St. Petersburg and the second Port restaurant developed by our bureau. When developing the project, we tried to create the effect of brutality and simplicity in the interior, typical of Northern fishing ports and ships, but at the same time to avoid direct associations with the marine theme. Conceptually, the interior represents a mix of rough industrial style and Scandinavian minimalism, which enabled us to achieve the desired atmosphere. Originally, the hall had massive structures from concrete columns and beams, huge ventilation pipes, which imparted an industrial style to it. A number of elements from metal pipes, channel beams and nets added to the industrial character of the interio... More

3 Times Restaurants

The regional cuisine served in this new fast casual restaurant is steeped in local legend. Both modern and traditional, it is based around the format of the Shi Bing Tong, a festival food from Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, usually only eaten at their annual Dragon Boat Festival. While the ancient origins are a point of dispute (warriors, monks, and fisherman are all involved), the common theme is that of a classic dish from home, made portable by means of a protective, edible wrap. The Shi Bing Tong can take on many forms, but it is always a taste from home.   Our client’s inspired take on this regional cuisine involved an equally inspired plan: To create a portable concept that would allow them to roll-out over 100 locations in... Daarbast Cafe

Daarbast Café is about 376 square meters. The main goal of its interior design is creating social interaction among people. The possibility for establishing other branches of the café in future was considered in order to fulfill the owner’s request. Scaffolds are used as the main structure of design which grants an identity to the space. A part of the exterior wall is destroyed to benefit from sun light and natural views. The scaffold provided the context in which we could increase the area of the space and create visual transparency. Implementing the scaffolds not only impose low budget to the project but also create the possibility of various decoration fashions. There are different forms of settings in the café, made with scaffolds.Lead... More
