As part of our ongoing collaboration with Tenuta di Forci, we are leading the restoration and transformation of Chiasso, the first of eleven historic farmhouses on this remarkable 14th-century Tuscan estate. Located in one of the most unspoiled provinces of the region, Chiasso marks the beginning of a broader vision to create a place where regenerative living, community, and nature come together. This project, located on a 37-acre family farm in Pennsylvania, arose from the need for a personal workspace away from the hustle and bustle of the main house. An old barn used for gardening storage provided the ideal opportunity to convert it into a personal workspace. This house located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is designed to mix between two contradicting styles, the modern and rustic styles. To incorporate both aesthetics, the team of CAS skillfully blended sleek details and straight lines with a touch of rough texture and natural materials. This created conjunction of characteristics in the house and accommodated elegance and comfort. The design starts with the downstairs open floor plan, which looks classy and also adheres to the traditional setting.
