Aged iron is based on the authentic cast iron of yesteryear. However, one of the properties of cast iron is that it starts to rust, so the servants had to give the fitting a coat of black paint every year. Of course, such days are gone, which is why we developed a rustproof alloy for you that is treated with a special wax layer.
